We are a design focused construction company.

We differentiate ourselves from other companies by providing designs that will be difficult for others to copy and that will be so unique that because of scarcity it allows the homeowner to own a piece of something that canot be made twice.

The reality is that homes are a commodity and their value is derived from what a person is willing to pay for it at that moment in time.

We have no desire to build or sell the same thing 10 times or 20 times, which is why we never repeat a blueprint ever. Once a design is made for a client, it is archived and removed from the website.

Although this approach increases our cost since we have to compensate a 3 man team (designer, engineer and interior designer) we remain rooted in our belief that whosoever decides to work with us our service will provide an unmatched design.

Moreover, we have already negotiated with suppliers of upscale materials allowing us to fix the cost of things that in other companies would be an upgrade and thus costing the client more.
